Prayer is the single greatest privilege and highest honor that we have been given as believers. No influence, no power, no glory, nothing in this world is as wonderful as the gift of prayer. No other creature, not even the angels, has been given the gift and privilege of prayer. Every time we see the angels, seraphim, and four living creatures in scripture they are worshiping or carrying out a duty that was assigned to them. But to humanity, this great gift has been given. That we can come before the God of glory, the Father of lights, and the Creator of heaven and earth, and talk to Him and ask Him for things.
