Evangelism actually has the same starting point as prayer. In fact, it is the starting point of any conversation or study concerning Christianity. We must always start with God
Himself. Every story begins with an author. Your life, my life, and the life of every person begins with the greatest author to ever live: Jesus. He is writing a story with your life. Every twist, turn, and obstacle is part of His story of love for you. Therefore, to correctly understand any story you must first correctly understand the one who is writing that story. Specifically we must understand the author’s mind and heart.
